The M-FSM45-HPL is a Magnetic based Fast Steering Mirror for High Power Laser of +16 mm diameter clear aperture (in SiC, metallic or glass substrate) with +90 mrad angular stroke. The M-FSM45-HPL is equipped with Eddy Current positioning sensors (ECS) for accurate positioning control. It is space-qualified for Feeder-link optical communication, being optimized for continuous laser power under vacuum.
